HR Healthcheck – reviewing all of your HR systems, practices and procedures, including your contracts of employment. You will receive a report identifying your HR strengths and areas where you need to protect yourself further.
HR Projects – where your company has a specific need (e.g. the development of contracts of employment or an Employee Handbook) Rosemount will develop a bespoke package designed to meet the needs of your business.
Business HR Programme – this is an ongoing partnership arrangement and works on a retainer basis. Rosemount will provide the practical support your business requires which can include any HR or management related issues from preparing disciplinary cases to giving specific employment law advice to supporting you in recruiting staff.
HR Helpline – you may not have identified a specific HR issue you need to tackle right now, but you want to know where to address your concerns to the future. Our HR Helpline is available to you via telephone or email. A qualified and experienced HR Consultant will provide you with the advice and support you require. Time is only billed as you use it, in 15 minute blocks.
